This week for Oral Language, on our chromebooks we made bird feeders. I hope you like mine. We learnt what colours birds can see and what they eat.

Athletics Day

Yesterday we did Athletics day at Bledisloe Domain. My favourite things were Hurdles, 400m and 100m. The schools that came were Kawakawa, Maromaku, Waikare, Motatu and  Karetu. I came first in Hurdles, 400m, 100m. I came fourth in Discus and second in Shot put.

Caring For a Bird

Today we read a story about birds. We had to rewrite the story but in procedural text I learnt what to do if you find a bird.

Jumping Coin

This week for Oral Language. I did the jumping coin, we had to do a thinglink about our topic that we chose, I learnt how to make a coin jump.

Fantastic Action World

Last Wednesday we went to Action World. My favourite thing was the big Trapeze. My second favourite activity was the Rock Wall, it had bumps and you had to hold on to them, I rang the bell several times.

Under the sea

This is my Under the sea animation I learnt how to make an animation it took quit along time but I got there in the end.

Interesting Pet Day

Last Friday we had pet day. My two favourite pets were the dogs and cats. There was this very interesting pet, it was called an axolotl it was pink and looked like a lizard that lived in water.

On Monday we did The World of Maths, My favourite activity was the balance beam I liked it because it involved times tables and it was really hard at first because we didn’t know how to do it properly I really enjoyed The World of Maths.
